It's a wireless IP phone. It looks like this:
Never even realized that you had it or lost it. Was it the one sitting in the charging cradle on the side of your desk? If so, the last time I saw it was when we were testing the telecom gear I brought over. Have you considered calling its number and tracking the ringing?
