seriously tho, I'm frequently the last one to leave from my shop where the average number of daily employees is 3, and I usually park my bike in the back of the shop, thus the parking lot being totally empty when I leave work.
haha. In all fairness, that's a high capacity parking garage, and that other car has probably been there for several days (they don't police it very well)
