Today we managed to get the forefeiture clause changed to only cover items used in the crime, which is basically only the D-Link card. The shittiest card I own. Good, keep it. Hell, I'll autograph it if you want. Just give me all the rest of my shit back. And I will get it back. That's the cool part.
We drafted a letter noting the discrepancy of yesterday's plea, and hope to get a response back.
I sure hope this guy isn't playing games, because I really don't have the time for it.
I'm getting homemade spaghetti from scratch, and working on the log rotation software I've been putting off for the last 3 days. I guess it's not such a bad day after all.
After working on it until 1am, the log rotation stuff is good enough to put out a test version of. Cool beans, that means tomorrow is going to be a good day.

Yay. It's payday. I'll be broke by Monday, as usual on the first half of the month.
I try to keep my fridays empty and unevenful lately. I think of them as sanity days. If you've never been in this situation, being indicted takes alot out of you.
By now, I've lost 25+ pounds since all this started (really, it's the best weight loss plan in the world. Atkins has nothing on this), and I've started to have a small amount of paranoia when I do anything now. I can't go to the gas station without checking to see if I'm being tailed. I know I'm not, but after all this, I'll never be able to have that assurance again.
Salcedo is in such deep shit. I think this is going to make international news. Seriously international, far more than the original indictment did. The mars rover will hear about it.
My attorney calls. He has been talking to Adam's attorney. Apparently, the US Attorney has been dinking with adam as well, hiding all kinds of sneaky shit in the plea agreement, and then saying it can't be removed under the law, and the attorney would do an hour of research just to find out he was lying (or being misleading) the whole time.
